Terms and conditions

1. USE OF FACILITIES

Caesars Windsor ("Caesars Windsor" or "we") provides its facilities for entertainment, recreation, and relaxation purposes only. By entering our premises, you acknowledge that you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction.

2. GAMBLING AND RESPONSIBLE PLAY

All games offered by Caesars Windsor are subject to the laws and regulations of the province of Ontario. You must be at least 19 years old to participate in casino gaming activities. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules, odds, and risks associated with each game.

3. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

Caesars Windsor collects personal data for purposes of account registration, marketing, and security verification. By providing us with your contact information, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of such data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. PAYMENT TERMS AND TRANSFER RULES

All payments made to Caesars Windsor must be in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may, at any time, change the payment methods accepted by us without notice. Any unauthorized or disputed transactions will be subject to review and possible reversal.

5. PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT ACCESS

Caesars Windsor retains all rights to manage access to our premises, including but not limited to monitoring entrance points and using technology for entry control purposes only. No person shall enter Caesars Windsor unless they are a registered guest or employee in the normal course of their employment with us.

6. RULES OF CONDUCT

1. All users agree to act responsibly, truthfully, fairly, and without interference with others.
2. Harassment, abuse, assault, violence, threats, or intimidation of another person on Caesars Windsor's premises will not be tolerated and can result in expulsion from the property immediately.

7. EQUIPMENT USE AND MAINTENANCE

Caesars Windsor may refuse to honor any use of a game machine if the machine is damaged due to its misuse by users before use for an extended period of time without maintenance, cleaning or repair. Players must take care not to cause damage while using equipment and inform Caesars Windsor immediately about such occurrence.

8. ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTION MONITORING

Caesars Windsor has implemented monitoring systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws, prevent money laundering, and detect fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

9. WITHDRAWAL OF GAMING RIGHTS

Caesars Windsor reserves its absolute discretion in relation to withdrawal of gaming rights at all times for legitimate reasons without prior notice or written warning including but limited to due breach by you under this Terms Agreement which may include money laundering and non-compliance with regulatory requirements from time to time.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Caesars Windsor shall have the right to modify these terms and conditions as set out in our discretion, and any changes will be communicated through on-site notices or website postings prior to their implementation.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

In case a dispute arises from these Terms and Conditions, it will be submitted for resolution in accordance with applicable law or mediation under an independent neutral third-party agreed upon between parties.
